You are welcome you to book in for a free 15 minute chat, which can take place at the clinic or over the phone. During which you can discuss your requirements with one of our experienced staff team and we can look at options concerning developing a programme that works for you.
We offer personally tailored wellbeing programmes.
At Inside Out Heath we recognise the power of consistency and support. We have a range of programmes that may be of support for specific conditions or be great for a general health & wellbeing and getting support to make changes that last.
We look at and can support with:
Exercise, Lifestyle Factors, Nutritional Advice, Posture, Shifting & Changing Habits, Sleep Patterns, Stress Reducing Techniques and Body Work in terms of physiotherapy, remedial massage or complementary health treatments as required.
A programme of 6 - 10 weeks is recommended to see benefit and make the changes achievable and maintainable. (There is no need to pay in advance)
An individually tailored wellbeing programme can support you to look at specific areas of your life that you would like to bring more focus to.
They provide the space and support to become more aware of the lifestyle habits and patterns that may be contributing to these issues and an opportunity to continually and consistently change and refine daily habits, postures and movements.
Be it a a specific issue, posture, stress, anxiety or general fatigue, our highly qualified practitioners can support you with a range of treatment programmes.

I will never be free of this disease, but I’m amazed how exercise has helped me cope with it. I also have a massage with Samantha every 5 weeks, this again helps me. So it is a powerful form of healing to reconnect with our bodies and deepen our awareness of how and why things are happening in our bodies which then reflect back to us how and why things are happening in our lives.
ENQUIRE ABOUT WELLBEING PROGRAMMES
What to expect: During your initial consultation we will begin by discussing the issue or condition that is the focus of the programme. This may include an assessment.
Both practitioner and client will then make a plan together that can be reviewed at any stage to best support the issues and areas discussed.
The programme will be personally and specifically designed and may include physiotherapy, massage, or complementary health treatments alongside exercises and lifestyle advice. We will ensure that the programme suits and supports your individual requirements.
The length of the programme is dependent on what is presented and also agreed by practitioner and client. An average programme length is 6 - 10 weeks.
Although it is recommended to commit to a programme concerning your health & wellbeing, it is not necessary to pay for the programmes in one go. Each session attended can be paid for individually.
